• Group Bookings of 10 or more than 10 guests must be booked directly with the hostel by email. Multiple room bookings will be cancelled if numbers is 10 or exceed 10 people (different booking terms and conditions apply for 10+guests). • Children under 16 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests. Only in a private room and with one parent or responsible. • Please note that maximum length of stay is 9 nights. This applies cumulatively to separate bookings in a 6 month period. Bookings with more than 9 nights will be cancelled. • In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. • For Walk-Ins you will need to provide your Physical Passport / Driver's License / National ID Card and a Credit Card under your name. Payment for walk-ins is only by Credit Card under the name of the person who will stay. • For all the stays guests are required to show a valid physical photo Identification (Passport, Driver's License or National ID from your country) and credit card under their name upon check-in. If the guest has no physical ID we reserve the right to refuse to check in. • All Identifications must be under the name of the person who will be staying. We will not accept Identification from others. • We DO NOT accept PPS Card, Student Card, Safety Card, Bus Card as Identification. • We also DO NOT accept photocopies from IDs or photo on the phone. Must be Physical ID only. • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
